The website is hosted by Mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. KG, Königsberger Straße 4–6, 32339 Espelkamp, Germany. The data centres are located in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.
Server log files
When the website is accessed, the server writes access logs. These record the date and time, the file requested, the status code, the amount of data transferred, the referrer, the user agent and the IP address. Mittwald anonymises the IP addresses in the access logs by removing the last one to three digits; these logs are retained for 60 days. Error logs containing the full IP address are deleted after seven days.
Processing serves the delivery of the website and operational security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is not combined with other data.
No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking services. No external services, forms, maps, videos or third-party fonts are embedded.
Contact by email
If you send me an email, I process your name, your email address and the content of the message in order to handle the enquiry. For contractual enquiries the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; otherwise it is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The data is deleted once the purpose no longer applies, unless statutory retention obligations under the German Commercial Code (HGB) or the Fiscal Code (AO) prevent this.
