Write a short note about what you have in mind — I will get back to you personally.
Email is the fastest way. There is no form, and that is deliberate: you write directly to the person who answers. The message stays in writing, with all the details in one place, and lets me reply properly. This also applies if you only have a question and no project yet. Enquiries in English are welcome.
What helps in the first message
- Goal: what should the system do, and which problem does it solve?
- Timeframe: is there a date the project is working towards?
- Existing technology: which systems, databases or interfaces are involved?
- People: who decides, who is involved, and who will operate the system later?
A short note missing one of these points is no obstacle. Tell me what you know; we can clarify the rest in conversation.
How the first message works
- You describe the project in a few sentences. A document or a sketch can help, but it is not necessary. A link to an existing system helps too.
- I ask about anything unclear and tell you whether I am a good fit. If not, I will say why.
- We talk about the next step: a conversation, a sketch or a proposal. What comes of it is your decision.
You do not need a specification or a finished tender. A description of the current process and the desired outcome is enough for a start. If you are unsure whether your project is big enough: write anyway. Many enquiries start with a vague idea; together we can turn it into a workable scope.
